Keep in shape until we're back on the courts!

During the pandemic of COVID-19, most have reserved themselves from going outside and staying in shape. We at Twin City Tennis Camps feel it's important to stay healthy during this time of this epidemic by maintaining your physical and mental well-being.


Here are a few things to maintaining your physical and mental well-being:

We hope everyone is staying healthy and safe during this time. Try to find the time and energy by putting together a routine workout schedule to stay in shape. Whether it's going for a run/walk around the block, run on your treadmill. There are plenty of active work out things you can be doing. Also if you're a member at lifetime, they've put together free streaming workout videos that you can do in your living room and you can stream on your living room TV. Working out is essential for physical and mental well-being during this time.
